This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NSW Government, NSW Fair Trading, or any NSW government agency. NSW CCEW Generator is an independent, community-created tool designed to help electricians generate Certificate of Compliance Electrical Work (CCEW) forms. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable NSW regulations and requirements.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NSW CCEW Generator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
3. Description of Service
NSW CCEW Generator is a comprehensive web-based platform that allows NSW electricians to generate Certificate of Compliance Electrical Work (CCEW) forms. The service includes form generation, user account management, installer profile storage, and usage analytics. While form data processing occurs locally in your browser, account information and installer profiles may be stored securely on our servers to provide enhanced functionality.

5. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use NSW CCEW Generator for personal and commercial use by licenced NSW electricians. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licencing
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
6. Account Registration and User Data
Account Creation: To access certain features, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Promptly updating any changes to your information
- All activities that occur under your account

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the service provider, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
